Michael Malitsky, President
Michael has Master Certified Novell Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Professional, and Cisco Certified Design Professional certifications. He also has taken numerous other courses with Novell, Cisco, and other vendors. Michael has been with ABN since 1996.

Steven Wells, Chief Operations Officer/Executive Vice President
Steve has been with ABN over twenty years. Steven has a Masters in Business Administration from Roosevelt University, and a BBA in Business Administration from University of Whitewater-Wisconsin. Steven’s certifications include:

• Microsoft MCSA: Windows Server 2012
• MCSA: Microsoft Windows Desktop
• Master Certified Novell Engineer with over 30 additional Micro Focus Novell certifications
• SUSE Certified Linux Engineer with 6 additional Linux certifications.
• CCNA, CCNP and other Cisco certifications.
• Certificate in Project Management

Steven is also part of the Vernon Hills’ American Legion Color Guard Unit and volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America for Three Harbors Council.

Michael O'Brien, Vice-President
Michael has been with ABN since 1996. Michael is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and a Citrix Certified Administrator.

Rich Ocampo, Chief Information Officer & VP of CIO Services
Rich has been with ABN since 2005. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and is a Certified Novell Engineer, a Certified Linux Professional, and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Graham Brown, Senior Network Engineer

John Caselli, Director of Project Management & Service
John joined ABN in early 2016 and has been an IT professional since 1991 after 10 years in the military. John has held top IT management roles and consulted as a Senior Network Engineer. He has led large projects including Microsoft Exchange migrations, Active Directory Forest reorganization and VMWare Implementations.

Andre Derosier, Network Engineer
Andre joined Advanced Business Networks in 2014 after completing his Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Whitewater. Andre has completed Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and Windows 7 desktop support. Andre is Cisco certified and obtaining his Microsoft Certified Support Engineer for Microsoft Servers.

Jeff joined ABN in 1996 and is a printing and imaging specialist with HP and Lexmark certifications for a wide range of printers and fax machines. He also has Comp TIA A+ certification.
